• Orders to UK customers are sent by Royal Mail Second Class post, and are charged at £3.80 per order, regardless of weight.

• Overseas orders are sent via Royal Mail International Standard, and are charged at £10 per order, regardless of weight.

All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Where products are available but out of stock, you will be notified by email, please allow up to 3 weeks delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged,

• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.

• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

If you have received your kit and it has arrived with missing, damaged or faulty moulding(s) then please contact us immediately and we will send a new moulding free of charge. Proof of purchase is required.

Damaged, Faulty or Missing parts from kits not purchased from this website or the former five79.co.uk website/email, can be purchased at £2 per part/moulding plus post and packaging.

If you have a custom or special order, such as kits, plus some spare parts not currently offered via the website, or just spare parts etc. please send your enquiry via email.

• We can only supply spare parts for kits that are in current production and listed on this website.

• Spare parts are charged at £2 per part/moulding plus Post & Packaging.

Products that are listed in old catalogues and are not listed on this website are no longer in production and parts/spares are not stocked.

If these products become available to purchase they will be listed on the website at time of availability.
